The INADCO management team is committed to the setting of high standards and being transparent in relation to our operations of the social housing. We aim to be the center for excellence when it comes to influencing and enhancing transformation in South Africa.
INADCO Developments intends to develop 2500 social housing units over period of 3 years, and later diversify the portfolio to market rental, ownership housing, student accommodation, open market, early learning centres, affordable medical facilities, retail and commercial..

IINADCO as an SHI is at liberty to operate projects in any part of South Africa as long the sites are in Restructuring Zones.
